Stuffed and happy is how I describe the way I feel after visiting the Taste of London food festival last Saturday.
This year, apparently Taste of London was celebrating what is arguably its best restaurant line-up to date, totalling an impressive eleven Michelin stars. More than 200 stalls of some of London's best restaurants (from La Gavroche to Patara) gave us a chance to taste their scrumptious, divine food and drinks at what I assume were cost prices...yes, really!
We had an amazing day out and would recommend it to anyone....who likes food:). However there is far too much to see (...and taste) and not much time....chances are even if you spend the entire weekend in Regents Park, you still won't manage to sample dishes from each of the restaurants.
I managed to have 3 meals, including a dessert. After I stopped stuffing my face I spent some quality time just walking around with a glass of pink champagne in hand, taking pictures for my blog.
Here are some of the highlights of the event
