Tina's flourless chocolate cake

I rarely eat dessert, but when I do I like it to be rich, chocolaty and if possible at all....health-ish...
This is my favourite cake for many reasons. It tastes great, it's gluten-free and and so rich that you won't be able to have much..:)

Ingredients:
10 packs of walnuts from M&S
3 Green & Black milk chocolate bars
2 Green & Black dark chocolate bars
Coconut powder
8 oz (200ml) semi-skimmed milk
3 spoonfuls of butter
2 spoonfuls of powdered sugar
10 eggs separated
vanilla

Process the walnuts in a food processor until finely ground

Separate the egg whites

Whip the egg whites  till they form soft peaks

Add 6 yolks ... and beat them together with the whites

Add a splash of vanilla extract

Add the walnut flour to the whipped eggs

Add 2 spoonful of powdered sugar to the mixture

Grease the baking dish with butter and spread a thin (3-4mm) layer of the mixture

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 10 minutes

Repeat the above step 3 times. Leave the 3 layers  aside to cool down

For the icing melt the chocolate bars at low heat

Add 3 spoonfuls of unsalted butter to the icing

....and 2 spoonfuls of cocoa powder and milk.
Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture

....this is NOT part of the recipe:)

After baking and cooling, stack the layers on top of eachother
and frost in between, on top, and on the sides

Leave the cake in the fridge for at least couple of hours before serving

Bon Appetit!!
